Shattered Ascension has been around since the first days of closed beta and has very strong ties to EVE.
If you want to be in a corp with people who use smart fits and actually work together and get things done then Shattered Ascension is the place to be. Shattered Ascension always has been and always will be focused on having a good time and playing with cool people.
Shattered Ascension is the official Dust Corporation for Dust only members associated with Gentleman's Agreement.
For those of you who don't know, Gentlemen's Agreement are a member of the CFC, as such we are allies with Goonswarm, Razor, Fatal Ascension and such.
With no API in place yet and roles for dust players, Gentlemen's Agreement and thus Gentlemen's Foreign Legion are not accepting Dust-only players. This is where Shattered Ascension comes in.
What Shattered Ascension offers:
-Combined forums with Gent's Foreign Legion and all other GENTS affiliated Corps.
-Competent Leadership with a good understanding of Dust's interaction with EVE and Dust fitting and skills.
-Access to a larger group of organized players with combined chat channels to enable more enjoyable game play.
-Future integration with Gentlemen's Agreement and all the benefits entailed (comms, forums, financial backing, Sovereignty)
What we want:
-Players who enjoy a joking relaxed environment
-Players willing to use voice comms.
-Players who want to be associated with Gentlemen's Agreement
-Those who wish to be involved in the eventual Sovereignty Impacts of Dust.

Shattered Ascension is Corp merging with Cyngus Tactical Operations.
CTOPS is a very similar group to Shattered Ascension and by combining we will be able to offer more content for our members and get more involved with Planetary Conquest.
